Anyone aged 18 and above who is looking for love, friendship, or a serious relationship. Zachikondi is built for the Malawian people, but anyone genuinely interested in connecting with Malawian singles is welcome.
Click "Create Free Profile" or "Add Profile" on the homepage, fill in your details (name, age, gender, location, tribe, and what you're looking for), upload at least one clear photo, and submit. Your profile will be reviewed before going live.
Inappropriate, unclear, or non-personal photos (for example group shots where it's hard to tell who you are, celebrity images, or explicit content) are removed. Upload a clear, recent picture of yourself to help matches recognise you.
Profiles with a tick have been manually verified by our team. We manually check every profile to keep the platform safe and reduce fake accounts.
No. One profile per person helps keep the community genuine. Duplicate profiles may be removed without notice.
Yes. All profiles are manually verified, and we provide Safety Guidelines that every member should follow before meeting someone in person.
All site users including registered members can view your public profile, photos, and the information you choose to share. Your private details (such as your email and password) are never displayed.
Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information to third parties, and sensitive details like your password are encrypted.

Use the search tool on the homepage to filter members by gender, age range, and location. When you find someone interesting, send them a message from their profile to start a conversation.
No. Once your profile is active, you can browse members and upgrade your account to send messages.
Make sure your profile is complete with a clear photo and a short, genuine bio. Personalised messages that mention something from the person's profile usually get more responses than generic greetings.
An "Online" badge appears on the profile of members who are currently active on the site, so you can message them when they're most likely to reply.
Yes. You can filter by location (for example Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Zomba) and the tribe field on each profile helps you find people from a background you're interested in.

You can pay using local mobile money services such as Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba, or with a bank card. Follow the prompts on the Membership page after choosing your plan.
No. Your free profile stays active, and you can continue browsing. Upgrading is completely optional, but free membership has limitations.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team with your payment details and we'll review your case.
Open the member's profile and click the "Report" button, or send us a message through the Support Cases tab in your dashboard. Include the profile name and a short reason so our team can investigate quickly.
Our moderation team reviews the report, usually within 24–48 hours, and takes action ranging from a warning to a permanent ban if the member has broken our rules.
If you think the ban was a mistake, contact support with your registered email and username. Our team will review your account and respond with a decision.
Zachikondi is currently a mobile-friendly website, so you can access it from any smartphone browser at zachikondi.com. We'll announce on the site if a dedicated app is launched.
